CIGRE Australia’s Annual Technical Committee (ATC) Presentation Day brought together our technical leaders, panel conveners, and industry members for a full day of knowledge sharing.
Held at AusNet in Melbourne, the event provided a valuable opportunity for each of our Panels to present their activities, priorities, and Study Committees work. From emerging technical challenges to the future direction of Australia’s energy transition, the day highlighted the depth of expertise and commitment within our community.
Throughout the sessions, attendees explored key themes including system resilience, asset management, new technologies, and the practical application of global CIGRE learnings within the Australian context. The open dialogue and willingness to exchange insights were clear reminders of what makes CIGRE’s technical program so impactful.
The ATC Day also allowed us to acknowledge the tremendous work of our panel conveners and members. This includes their contribution to international working groups, delivery of high-quality technical papers, and their support for knowledge development across the sector.
Thank you to everyone who presented and participated in the day. Your contributions ensure that CIGRE Australia remains a leading voice in shaping a reliable, sustainable, and forward-looking energy future.
We look forward to building on the momentum of this year’s discussions as we head into 2026.
