About Electra

CIGRE’s Bilingual Bimonthly Journal for Power System Professionals 

Electra is CIGRE’s bimonthly e-magazine providing information on the results or the progress of the technical and other activities of CIGRE. Six issues are published per year (from February to October). 

As part of the membership package, Electra is distributed digitally worldwide to the CIGRE community.

Electra articles (summaries of the CIGRE Technical Brochures) are available on e- cigre for members. Articles published more than three years ago are free for non-members. Read more about Electra.
