CIGRE Australia is pleased to announce a call for nominations for the CIGRE Distinguished Member Award.
Awarded during the year of the CIGRE Paris Session, this recognition celebrates outstanding members who have made significant and sustained contributions to CIGRE or CIGRE Australia through technical excellence, leadership, or service within the National Committee.
This is the first time CIGRE Australia has opened a formal call for nominations, offering members a unique opportunity to recognise peers and leaders whose dedication has helped shape our technical community and advance the power systems profession.
Eligibility Criteria
Nominees must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 10 years of CIGRE membership through Individual or Collective Membership.
- Demonstrated and meaningful contribution through technical work, leadership, or service
Nomination Process
Nominations will be reviewed by the CIGRE Australia Board and conferred by CIGRE.
If you know a member whose commitment and impact deserve recognition, we encourage you to submit a nomination to anc@cigreaustralia.org.au
Please include a brief explanation outlining why your nominee merits this honour.
