Nicola has over 20 years’ experience in the energy and environment sectors and has managed assignments in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa and North America. Nicola has been appointed as the Executive General Manager System Design at AEMO.
Prior to this role, Nicola held the roles of interim EGM Western Australia and Group Manager of Forecasting at the Australian Energy Market Operator. Nicola has lead teams that produced economic and load forecasts, the Gas Statement of Opportunities, the Electricity Statement of Opportunities, and jointly with AEMO’s Planning team, AEMO’s Integrated System Plan.
