Electra is CIGRE's bimonthly e-magazine providing information on the results or the progress of the technical activities of CIGRE, on the life of Association and the events organized. 6 issues are published per year (from February to October).  

Part of the membership package, Electra is distributed digitally worldwide to the CIGRE community.

Electra articles (summaries of the CIGRE Technical Brochures) are available on e- cigre for members and non-members. The articles published more than 3 years ago are free for everyone.
